Taco seasoning

Organic buffalo sauce
1/4 Teaspoon

for Tomato mix!

Cilantro
1 Tablespoon
Shredded mexican cheese
1/4 Teaspoon

For chicken!
1 Teaspoon
Avocado oil
Instructions

(If using skinless rotisserie chicken skip steps 1-3, and mix taco seasoning, tajin, and buffalo sauce into pre-shredded chicken) Preheat oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit

Pat chicken breast dry and add avocado oil, salt, taco seasoning and tajin. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Once baked let cool for 5-10 minutes, then use two forks or a hand mixer to shred. Add buffalo sauce and mix.

Chop romaine and add to bowl with spinach

Chop tomato and sprinkle salt, cilantro, and drizzle lemon on top. Mix together.

Slice one half of an avocado.

Combine chicken, avocado, and tomato into the bowl with greens.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Drizzle lemon and add any additional seasonings!
