Prep the Salmon: Pat salmon dry and rub with olive oil or spray lightly. Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and lime juice. Brush mixture on salmon fillets.

Air Fry the Salmon: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon skin-side down in air fryer basket. Cook for 7–9 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 125–130°F for medium-rare (or 135–140°F for well-done).

Assemble the Bowl: Place ½ cup rice in each bowl. Add steamed broccoli, carrots, cucumber, and avocado. Top with cooked salmon. Drizzle with sauce and add optional toppings (e.g. sesame seeds, edamame, pickled red onions).
