This sweet potato casserole comes with marshmallow streusel topping - DON’T COME FOR MEEEEE

Ingredients

4 Wholes

Sweet potatoes, cubed and boiled

1/2 Cup

Heated fresh cream

2 Tbs

Butter

3 Tbs

Brown sugar

1 Whole

Cinnamon to taste

1 Whole

Nutmeg to taste

1 Cup

Packed dark brown sugar

1/2 Cup

All-purpose flour

4 Tbs

Butter, melted

1 Cup

Chopped pecans

2 1/2 Cups

Mini marshmallows

Instructions

Boil the cubed sweet potatoes with salt until tender.

Mash the boiled sweet potatoes.

Mix in heated fresh cream, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Prepare the streusel topping by combining brown sugar, all-purpose flour, melted butter, chopped pecans, and mini marshmallows.

Top the sweet potato mixture with the streusel topping.

Bake at 350°F for half an hour.
